News on Balloch Proposals

The third public engagement session for the Balloch Village Plans (Street Design) project took place at the National Park Headquarters on Wednesday 26 April.

The drop in event was attended by more than 80 members of the public who came to view and comment on the various design options for the Village Square, Station Square and Balloch Road West. A good exchange of ideas and considerations took place between project staff, residents, business owners and other stakeholders.

Feedback on the design options is being saught until Wednesday 17 May. The revised design proposals will be brought back to the public in June and approved designs are subject to agreement from the landowners and traffic modelling.
